1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All digital designs created by Hrpprints remain the exclusive intellectual property of the designer.

• Purchasing a physical 3D print does not grant the buyer any rights to the underlying 3D model, its source files, or the right to reproduce the design commercially.

2. Nature of 3D Printing

• 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Customers acknowledge that minor surface imperfections, layer lines, or slight color variations are inherent to the technology and are not considered defects.

• We strive for the highest quality, but finished prints may vary slightly from marketing imagery.

3. Usage and Liability

• All prints are provided "as-is." Hrpprints is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

• The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the items ordered are suitable for their intended use.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD. Hrpprints reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed or scheduled for production until payment has been successfully cleared.

5. Shipping and Returns

• *Orders are shipped via USPS carrier. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours for a replacement.
  

  * Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns, give refunds, or exchange items that were produced according to the agreed-upon specifications.
